First dev-log and launch for the Vactics Demo.

I am very excited for people to get some hands on time with the game and see what I've built. Please leave feedback on the itch page or in-game using the feedback form.

My hope is to continue to update the demo with improvements and bug fixes I continue to move forward with the game towards the Early Access launch on June 22nd and into the future.
